Our design is unique to the Finishing Industry. We do not drag your product, our conveyor rolls. The track is enclosed and slotted for the spindle assembly. The slot is covered with overlapping plates for protection. The chain and product is supported by “V” Load Wheels. Our design is extremely stable, accurate, and low friction.

Chain-On-Edge Spindle Conveyors are available in 1", 1 1/2", 2", 3" and 4" pitch chain sizes with turn assemblies ranging from 6" thru 48" in diameter. Conveyor drive units are sized per application (speed, product load, chain length, etc.) and may be continuous running and or index cycling. Chain take-up assemblies are automatic or manual and adjust to maintain proper chain tension. Product rotators are static or dynamic and utilize chain for positive engagement and rotation of the spindle assembly.
